At Kess, we want you to love your beauty routine; if a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are gently used or unopened to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including any promotional materials or samples that were part of a set.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
